Central Locality - Community Investment Funds
Grants of up to £2,000 are available for VCFS organisations in the Doncaster Central Locality. This area comprises Balby, Town Ward, Cantley, Wheatley, Clay Lane, Hexthorpe. Bessacarr, Intake and City Centre.
Applications can be submitted up until the funding has been devolved.
VCFS Grants
THIS FUND IS CURRENTLY PAUSED WHILST RECENT APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED.
The VCFS Fund aims to reduce social isolation and loneliness by supporting people to get together safely. Grants between £1,000 and £5,000 are available for VCFS organisations to provide practical support to the clinically extremely vulnerable (CEV).
Welcome Spaces Grants
The Welcome Spaces Grant aims to enhance and develop an organisation’s space further to its current use so that residents can access support, connect with others and enjoy a safe and warm place throughout winter without judgement.
Applications up to £2,000 can be submitted until the 31st March 2025, or until the funding has been devolved.
We are interested in applications that consider the following:
Activities for attendees
Food and/or refreshments
Information, advice and guidance
Other support during winter and/or the cost-of-living crisis
